Pati (the "App", "we", "us" or "our") has been developed to make care, health and daily tracking easier for pet owners. This Privacy Policy explains what data is collected when you use our app, how it is used and how it is protected.
The App processes location information only when you use the relevant feature and with your permission. Location data is used for the following purposes:
Location permission is not required; if you do not grant it, only the features above will not work, and the rest of the app can be used normally. You can revoke the permission at any time from your device settings. Location data is not used for advertising purposes and is not sold to third parties.
If you purchase the Yearly + GPS Collar plan, we collect your name, phone number and delivery address to ship the device to you. This information is used only for shipping and order tracking, is shared with the shipping carrier, and is not used for any other purpose.
The Neo AI and image analysis features offered within Pati may securely transmit text and images provided by the user to third-party artificial intelligence services for the purpose of analyzing them. These analyses are used solely to fulfill your request. Information provided by Neo does not replace professional veterinary advice.
For Premium users, data may be stored on secure cloud infrastructure and synchronized across devices.

Advertising and measurement: Pati uses the Meta (Facebook) SDK to measure the performance of advertising campaigns and to improve the app. In this context, your advertising identifier (IDFA / Google Advertising ID) and your in-app event data (install, session, purchase) may be shared with Meta. If you do not want to be personally tracked: on iOS, you can decline permission in the tracking permission prompt shown when the app is first opened; on Android, you can turn off ad personalization or reset your advertising ID in your device settings. Reasonable technical and organizational security measures are applied to protect your data. However, no method of data transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Users can request the deletion of their account and associated data by using the "Delete Account" option within the app. Data is deleted, except for information that must be retained under legal obligations.
Pati is not a service directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
This policy may be updated from time to time. In the event of significant changes, notice may be given within the app or through appropriate channels.
