1. Use of the Service
Pati is a digital assistant app developed to make pet care easier. The information provided within the app is for informational purposes only.
2. Artificial Intelligence Services
Neo AI chat and photo analyses are generated by automated systems. These results do not constitute a medical or veterinary diagnosis. In emergencies or in case of health problems, you must consult a licensed veterinarian.
3. Premium Subscription
Pati Premium may be offered as an auto-renewable subscription through the App Store.
Prices are shown at the time of purchase.
The subscription may renew automatically.
Cancellations are made from your Apple ID subscription settings.
Refunds are subject to Apple's policies.
GPS Collar
The Yearly + GPS Collar plan is an auto-renewing yearly subscription that includes Pati Premium features and the GPS tracking service. Premium unlocks immediately upon purchase.
The GPS collar device is shipped to the delivery address you enter in the app after purchase. You will be notified in the app when it ships and can track your order.
Delivery is currently available to addresses in Türkiye only.
The collar is shipped once; no new device is sent when the subscription renews. If the subscription ends, the GPS tracking service and Premium features stop.
Subscription refunds are subject to Apple / Google Play policies. For a damaged or faulty device, contact our support within 14 days of delivery.
The separately sold "GPS Collar Only" product is sold outside the app via Shopier and is subject to Shopier's terms of sale and returns.
4. User Responsibility
The user is responsible for entering accurate information, keeping their account secure and using the app in compliance with the law.
5. Prohibited Uses
Abusing the system
Attempting unauthorized access
Uploading harmful content
Engaging in activities that would disrupt the service
6. Intellectual Property
The Pati logo, designs, software and content are protected under the applicable intellectual property rights. They may not be copied or distributed without permission.
7. Changes to the Service
Pati reserves the right to change, suspend or update features without prior notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
Recommendations provided by Pati and Neo AI are for supportive information only. The user is responsible for any consequences that may arise from decisions made based on this information.
9. Account Termination
In the event of a breach of these terms, an account may be temporarily or permanently suspended or terminated.
